26:20. എന്റെ രക്തം യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ നിലത്തു വീഴരുതേ; ഒരുത്തൻ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു കാട്ടുകോഴിയെ തേടുന്നതുപോലെ യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവു ഒരു ഒറ്റ ചെള്ളിനെ തിരഞ്ഞു പുറപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

26:20. Now don't let my blood fall to the ground away from the LORD's presence, for the king of Israel has gone out to look for a flea the way one looks for a partridge in the hill country."

26:20. Must I die on foreign soil, far from the presence of the LORD? Why has the king of Israel come out to search for a single flea? Why does he hunt me down like a partridge on the mountains?"

26:20. Now therefore, let not my blood fall to the earth away from the presence of Jehovah: for the king of Israel is come out to seek a flea, as when one doth hunt a partridge in the mountains.
